The Winnipesaukee Scenic Railroad provides a shuttle train that makes hourly trips in and out Weirs Beach from Lakeport or Meredith. It runs all week with the exception of Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday. Traffic is usually fairly light during those days, so you don’t really need the train anyways.

There is some free parking at both Meredith and Lakeport, but don’t be surprised if the free spaces are full.

The round trip fare is $15 per person and (surprise!) no discounts or coupons are honored during bike week. If you’ve got beer, drink it before you get aboard, as no alcoholic beverages are allowed on the train.
